Disclosure:  All charging stations, operations, and machines thereof are owned by Jolt Inc.  STC GardenWalk, management, no associated ownership are responsible for the said charging stations, or any results to your vehicle due to being plugged into any Jolt charging station.  For inquiring contact Jolt Inc. from the contact information seen on site at each Jolt charging station.

Charging Rates:  Charging rates are set by Jolt, and must be paid through the Jolt charging app.  See on site instructions at each charging station.

Free Charging:  There may be 30 mintutes of charging for select charging stations.  Such stations will include signage indicating the first 30 minutes free, thereafter fee-based charging rates will apply to the vehicle attached.

Security: Charging stations are on camera.  Vehicles recognized as remaining in the parking position beyond the allowed charging period may be charged penalty fees by Jolt Inc, in addition to being towned by the posted towing company.  Please obide by charging station allowances.

You will have your first hour FREE upon entering.  This is programmed into your parking ticket.  GardenWalk venue validations may help give you additional time free. Validations DO NOT make your parking free.  Inquire with the venue you visit inside GardenWalk.  All venues do not validate.

All Day Discount Flat Rate Validations (Hotel / Anaheim Attractions / Convention Center) provide you with a flat-rate parking fee when requesting any of these validation types.  The first hour free, and hourly rates are not applicable when requesting these flat rates.  * Remember your ticket is perminently changed to the applicable posted all day rate.

How?  Your selected venue inside GardenWalk may scan your ticket or provide you with a paper validation for 1 or 2 additional hours free.  You will need your parking ticket AND your validation upon payment/exit.

Tips: Only one validation per ticket and DO NOT lose your ticket or validation.  

Lost Ticket:  If you lose your ticket you must tap the “lost ticket” button on the payment kiosk and pay the $30 lost ticket/all-day rate.  The program does not know what time you entered without your parking ticket.  KEEP YOUR TICKET SAFE.

Text To Validate:  For Hotel (H) will require your hotel booking number, and Convention Center (CC) may only be requested on days that the Convention Center has active events.  TEXT your ticket # and the CODE for your selected parking type to 949.532.8293 upon parking (DO NOT wait until you are ready to exit).  *Remember your parking ticket is perminently changed to the applicable posted all day flat rate regardless of your time on site.

Anaheim Attractions $20.00 all-day use parking can be received by requesting a paper parking coupon from participating GardenWalk venues after you have made a purchase at their venue.  Then upon exiting, scan BOTH your parking ticket and the coupon on the red screen.  

Participating Venues:  Starbucks, Paris Baguette, Meet Fresh Restaurant, Factory Extreme, and Ride Makers.  Additional participanting venues will be added to this Spring and Summer.

8 feet 1 inch in the public parking garage.  Oversize and trailer vehicles are not allowed inside parking structure.  For hourly oversize parking enter at Disney Way and contact parking once you arrive in the over-flow lot outside the parking garage (714.860.4242).  Daily oversize parking call or email to book your parking.  GardenWalk@iAmGroupllc.com

ADA parking is available on all levels P1, P2, P3, and P4 at the far North end closest to Disney Way, and in the middle of garage across from the East side elevators. Access ramps for wheelchairs are also provided at all shopping terrace entrances for assistance.  Elevators are found at North, South, and East ends of our parking facility.

Bicycle racks are available to the left of the Katella Ave parking garage exit gates, and alongside UFC Fit Gym inside the bus station accessible through Disney Way entrance, and inside the parking garage inside the Disney Way exit gates.

Pre-Payment Options: Text-to-Pay available: text “PAY” to 714.942.4055, click on the link and follow the instructions. This payment option can only be completed 30min before your exit.  $0.35 convenience fee for using the text-to-pay option

Pay-On-Foot Stations: Pay BEFORE you exit.  By north end and middle elevators on P1, P2 and P4 of the parking facility (credit card or debit card / Apple Pay & Google Pay).

Cash Payments: NO cash payments at exit lanes. Pay cash at elevators at P1 middle, P2 middle & north, and P4 north in parking facility ONLY.
